Hello! Here I am again talking about my health. Do you battle with chronic pain and fatigue? I have never been diagnosed with fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue. I have been diagnosed with chronic reactivated Epstein Barr virus and Hashimoto thyroid disease (autoimmune thyroid disease). Occasionally I have pain - pretty bad pain in my feet. I have recently lost 26 pounds (thanks Weight Watchers) and I thought my foot pain was behind me. NOT!!! The last couple of days have been very trying for me. I have much to do to prepare for the holidays, and yet here I am at 3:15 on a Sunday still in my pj's. : (
Do you have any advice for me on this? I appreciate your input.
Thanks!
Amy

So I completely understand how pain can be dehabilitating. As for your feet.... Have you tried writing the alphabet with your feet daily? I know it sounds silly but it helps my feet stay flexible. Try circling your ankle and toes to spell out your ABCs both small letters and capitals. You'll be amazed of the difference in just a week. I bet I perform this exercise at least every other day. Good luck. I'm hoping yoga will help take care of my chronic back pain.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your suggestion, Cheryl. I will certainly try that. I hope yoga works for you. I have done it a few times and it is really good for your body. I should try that again.
